National Stress Awareness Month is observed annually throughout the entire month of April. Sponsored since 1992 by the Health Resource Network (HRN), this 30-day awareness campaign highlights the modern epidemic of stress, its impact on the human body, and the best ways to manage it safely.
The month of April is the perfect time for a fresh seasonal start. As spring arrives, it gives us an excellent opportunity to evaluate our daily habits, lower our cortisol levels, and reset our health goals.
